As a seasoned executive coach, consultant and facilitator I am trained to use a number of psychometric and behavioural tools and yet I rarely get more for my clients than when I use True Colors!
It not only provides the people I work with, with amazing information about themselves and those around them, with new ways to communicate and create rapport with people, with ways to understand and resolve conflict, but it is also huge fun especially when a group of people or a team get together to discover their colors together.
I work and use True Colors predominantly in business but also use it within my life coaching practice. In addition to working in the UK - I also work in Spain as I'm bi-lingual and deliver workshops in both English and Spanish.
