Coaching

True Colors® enables you to reconnect with your core values and strengths to enable you to better understand yourself and take control of your life choices - personal and professional.  Working with a coach using True Colors® opens up the world of opportunities available to you in your personal and/or professional life. By developing a thorough understanding of yourself you will open up new ways to communicate with others and put yourself in control of the right choices which reflect your strengths, joys and needs.  The one day Personal Success seminars are designed to help you reconnect with yourself and empower you to make the right choices for yourself and those around you.

Coaching

For those of you who are less comfortable working with others to share who you are and discover more about yourself - then individual coaching sessions will support your own personal learning or development goals.

True Colors UK offers individual 1:1 coaching either face to face or over the telephone. 

Using True Colors^® as a way to help you to rediscover your true self  we can then work with you develop your career options, personal relationships, leadership or management challenges or just help you build your self esteem and confidence to increase your success in your life.

You will work with one of our highly qualified coaches who have a variety of experiences in both life and work.  You select the coach who will best suit your own learning style and personality to maximise the success of your coaching experience.

Coaching In Schools

We offer coaching for Head Teachers, Bursars, Business Managers and teaching teams.  As the demands on our educators increase - the skills and talents required to manage and lead a successful school or college change.  Working with a mentor coach who has worked in the commercial world provides an opportunity to develop specific skills, knowledge or competencies to enhance existing educational skills.

Leading any organisation can be lonely and often Head Teachers find themselves without a support network or people with whom to bounce ideas or share concerns in a trusting and confidential environment.  Coaching provides such an environment and creates a "safe space" in which to explore ideas, test concepts and develop strategies to enhance performance. Team management, staff motivation and business skills are all key requirements today for Head Teachers - coaching can develop these skills for immediate implementation. 

It is increasingly important for teaching staff to be able to work even more effectively together as a team providing support for one another and sharing skills, expertise and knowledge to create a collaborative and continuously developing environment.  Group coaching can support team development and 1:1 coaching enhances individual performance and contributions to the team as a whole.
