True Colors® really is all about you - our workshops or 1:1 coaching provide you with an interactive way to explore your values, needs, joys and strengths.

True Colors® provides a model for identifying personality styles by grouping common attributes into four colors – blue, orange, green and gold. This simple model of understanding behaviour patterns at work, at home, at school, in relationships, in stressful situations, and at play helps individuals develop a deeper understanding of who they are and how they relate to the world.
Based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, as refined by David Keirsey, who classified personality and/or temperament into four types - True Colors® has translated this theory into simple and practically applied information. It brings complex ideas from both academia and psychotherapy and sets them in clear, real-life applications – all based on the four True Colors®. True Colors® was created by Don Lowry in the United States in 1978 and has grown from strength to strength in a variety of settings throughout the world since that time – why not join us to discover your True Colors®?
